Service Visit on 2/2/19 I brought my Jeep in on Saturday for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be roughly an hour and half to two wait. Somewhat Helpful The service advisor Brian was abroupt, and could really work on his face to face demeanor. I had a slow leak in a tire which was covered under a warra The service advisor Brian was abroupt, and could really work on his face to face demeanor. I had a slow leak in a tire which was covered under a warranty bought at another dealer and I had to prove it instead of them verifying it. Then the dealership person said the entire tire had to be replaced and never showed me any proof. Since it was a very slow leak I’m quite surprised because I could fill it with air and drive it all day. (Anyways because of that I had to pay a tax of just over $15. That’s a good price but I could have paid $15 to have it repaired. (Only 17,000 miles on tire). The other problem I had/have is before winter I left the car overnight outside (it’s normally in the garage), I went to put it back in the garage and it had rained that night and I swear there must have been 3-4 inches or more of water on my front inside the car passenger floor board. Anyways they failed to fix the problem. I feel certain if the took the cow (not sure on spelling), off and actually checked they would have found a problem. (I know this is a problem on wranglers and there are lots of you tube videos on this). So I feel that I will have to fix it myself or have another location fix this. They seemed to just maybe ran a hose over it and said, nope it’s fine. The amount of water was alarming and it only has 17,000 miles on it. There is no proof that they even ran a hose over it. I have zero confidence that they even looked at it. And they had the car for about 2 weeks. (We had problems in the past where the salesman didn’t want to help us I guess because we are women and don’t look like we have money. So we bought 2 vehicles from another dealership). More

Instead I was informed that the coolant flush was just done in September so it wasn’t needed,saved me some money and I was gone in about 45 minutes. Gotta love the honesty of this service department!!! More
