Have a 2010 Jeep, all service done at dealer. Would give 4 stars but this is second time that having my tires rotated during scheduled oil change and rotation that the front tires were not correc Would give 4 stars but this is second time that having my tires rotated during scheduled oil change and rotation that the front tires were not correctly put on. First time front time came off as Jeep was driven from dealer to my home, then next use was to hop on interstate to go down state. Was doing between 60 and 70 when my Jeep started shimming, moderate traffic, attempted to move to shoulder when tire came off. Dealer did take care of all issues which was great, although the reason for issue is suspect. The second time I did much more local driving and after about 40 to 50 miles I noticed a shimmy, pulled the can over and checked the lugs, both front wheels had three to four lugs which could be turned by hand not needing a lug wrench. I jacked up the car, took each tire off, reseated and tightened. I have been attempting to get an email for the service manager to address this with him but have had little luck as the two given to me came back undeliverable. This should not be taken as a negative comment more as constructive criticism which I would prefer to address with the service manager via email, and with luck it will happen. In the twelve years or so that our Jeep has been serviced at Thomas this has been the only issues with service. Being in my 78th year we learned to change tires without power tools, which most if not all shops use now, they mount a tire and use the power gun to tighten the tire to the wheel without knowing it is seated correctly. I will continue to bring our Jeep to Thomas for service although will be checking the lug nuts going forward. I would comment on the service advisers seen over the years, but they have all been helpful and do not remember the name of the last guy seen. The parts department has been helpful when a fastener was needed after explaining to them what it was for, they found it in no time. All in all, if this was not a good place to go to, we would not keep coming back, no one nor no place is perfect, More
