Excellent service and customer experience! My brakes were squeaking badly after getting new back brakes. I took it back to Thomas and they apologized and repaired everything at no charge. Jennifer was awesome with her follow up and communication. A bit disappointed that the techs were unable to diagnose what the main issue is that is causing the vehicle to jerk when it’s cold!
