I had been looking for a new vehicle for a couple weeks. I had an 07 Hyundai Tucson and was looking for a 2011 Hyundai Tucson since they are GREAT vehicles. My car buying experience at Thomas Hyundai has been the best. I felt like they cared from day one. I visited 3 other dealerships initially and the customer service was undesirable to say the least. Long story short, I ended up driving 2 and a half hours to Thomas Hyundai just to go get my car. I love my Elantra and I actually get 39.4 miles to the gallon. The staff has been GREAT from their initial response to my email and continues today. I had a problem even went to another dealership because it was closer... the customer service was again undesirable so needless to say. I will be driving back to Thomas Hyundai tomorrow for them to correct the problem the closer dealership did not properly fix. I have vowed to go to Thomas Hyundai for ALL of my service needs. I will continue to drive the distance for the OUTSTANDING Customer Service. More
