Service on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra I was very satisfied with the friendliness and courtesy of your employees on my visit Sept. 19 and 26. I asked if the A/C could be turned up and I was told she couldn't do it but she would see if they could take care of it. Well, I was there for 2 hrs. and the air was blowing down on me and when I got home my throat was scratchy and I am very susceptible to getting colds easily because of my age. All the other people in the room were cold and one person had a jacket on and said she was going outside to get warm. More

I drove more than 500 miles from Michigan to get this car and the staff of Thomas Cumberland facilitated all aspects of this transaction in an exemplary professional fashion. They returned my phone calls in a timey fashion, provided all the additional info, and guided me to their destination. James Howard provided personal attention beyond the ordinary, assisting me in returning the rental car, giving directions to the area restaurants and attractions, and finally to pharmacy (I had a bad case of poison ivy). He took his time to go over all features of the car, synchronized my I Phone with the car’s Apple Play and provided advice on trailer hitch and remote starter. Shelly Dawson, made all the paperwork really easy and professionally explained the options for additional warranty. What a great personal service!
