This time was different because I was ordering a car instead of purchasing one off of the lot. The new Subaru Ascent was due to hit in July/August and Jonathan helped me from beginning to end through the ordering/purchasing experience. He kept me informed when the car was built and received its VIN number and when the car was shipped and when it was going to be in Cumberland.
