This is the second Subaru we have bought from Thomas Subaru. Both times we worked with Amanda Roth who is friendly, extremely competent, and very knowledgable about various models and she worked to fin Subaru. This is the first time we have worked with Brett Files. He made filling out all that paperwork a relaxing and pleasant experience. He and Amanda both answered any questions we had completely and we drove away feeling that we had been in good hands. We have had our first car serviced and will have our second by the dealership's Service Deaprtment and the work has always been excellent. I'm not sure who all has done the work but they are good. Only negative issue I had was that it took a while to get through the paperwork. Not a bad thing really, since it was caused by the dealership being so busy! Great to see in this economy. My wife and I have been thinking of and looking at new vehicles for a while do to rising fuel cost and the age of our vehicle. My family has dealt with the Thomas dealerships as long as I can remember. We traded in a Ford 150 on a Hyundai Sonata. I was actually looking at the Elantra. There was only one left and I asked if they would hold it until my wife could see it do to her working hours and the dealerships hours. They said they would and did. She decided on the Sonata do to some features and overall appearance of the vehicle. The truck we traded was equipped with handicapped equipment, the seat and hand controls. The salesman, Roman Spriggs accually stopped at my residence and picked up the original seat with his personal vehicle and returned the handicapped equipment at no cost to me. This was above anything I have ever experienced in previous car buying. He made car buying a joy and made things easy for us with our purchase. As for Brett Files I thought I found the best rate I would get going to my own financial institution, but he found a better rate for us. Hats off to these two men and the Thomas dealership. Would highly reccommend to people looking for a vehicle. More
My husband and I had been "building cars" on the internet for months tried to decide between several models we were interested in. The Saturday that we went to test drive and make our final decision, we had narrowed the choice down to 3 cars. All three dealerships were within 1/2 mile of each other and we went to Thomas first. Our experience there was exceptional, actually it couldn't have been any better. We left there to go to the other two dealerships and we almost felt guilty, but Amanda encouraged us. She said she wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. On the way there, I told my husband let's only test drive one more car. I liked the Sonata so much that it knocked out my third choice completely. For the money there was no comparison. We purchased a fully loaded Turbo Sonata, the same features in the Turbo Buick Regal we drove, would have been $ 5,000 more dollars, and we both loved the sportier look and handling of the Sonata. All of the staff at Thomas were very personal yet professional when it came time to pick up our newly ordered car. Amanda has also made follow-up phone calls and e-mails. We couldn't be more pleased! He was extremely busy that day but took the time to answer the many questions that I had. I was sold! He helped locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and kept me up to date on the process.
