My wife, grandson and I stopped by Thomas' on a Saturday afternoon after closing time to look at new cars since we were seriously considering trading in our old car. Katie was still there and came out to greet us. She showed us the car we were interested in, and we said we would be back on Monday. When we returned,, everything was ready for us. Chris Yingling evaluated our old car and gave us what we expected as a trade-in. Nathan got us the lowest possible interest rate on the balance we wanted to finance. We signed the papers and were on our way. Katie, Chris and Nathan were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have purchased several vehicles from Thomas following a bad experience at another dealership, and we will continue purchasing vehicles from Thomas Chevrolet in the future.
