Don’t understand the question The overall experience ended well thanks to Toyota Corporate relative to the Loyalty Incentive, Domenick and Steve. The other Sales Manager Paul did n The overall experience ended well thanks to Toyota Corporate relative to the Loyalty Incentive, Domenick and Steve. The other Sales Manager Paul did not,not did he care, to understand that I Qualified for the Loyalty Incentive. 3 Toyota’s in 10 years is Loyalty yet he let me walk out over $6.00 per month: $216.00 total. I had to call Toyota Customer Service to determine that I did in fact qualify. Once that got resolved Domenick and Steve worked it out. I should NOT have had to make that call. Given all that happened Paul never even called to apologize, or to explain his lack of understanding of the Loyalty Incentive. More
I can't rate quality of work yet. Time will tell. I had to wait a very Long time in a very cold building to have my tire patched when I was told it wouldn't take "long!" Yes, that's subjective, but everyone understands almost 2 hrs. Is a LONG time. I hadn't had lunch and had to go to work. My car was not washed or vacuumed very well either. However, the people at the desk, minus thegirl who told me a short wait, were very nice the parts man was very nice and helpful too. In the future, Toyota should offer to take Their customers to a coffee shop or panera and get them when their car is finished. At least they will be warm and fed. Im getting over the flu and had chills after my visit there. Not good!! Also, a customer came in w a dog. I don't think Molly is a service dog, and I have allergies to animals. If she was a service dog, my apologies. I do compliment the mgr. at the desk also. Very nice and helpful! Sorry, I don't have his name. I would recommend this center if the above issues, especially time for service are improved. Also, no one ever came out to tell me it would take longer than expected. More

Very friendly and accommodating, nice waiting facility. I own two Sequoias with each over 250,000 miles, and I attribute their longevity in great part to the top-notch service provided by the superb team at Thompson Toyota. I would not go anywhere else - they earned my business. More
Quick and Easy I brought my new Highlander in for my 1000 mile service. I arrived a half hour early. The service team had me out in less than an hour (and that includes my early arrival time). Everyone was prompt, curtious and kind. And my car was washed and vacuumed!
