Good Service, Lack Luster Car Wash While in for my 1000mi inspection I opted for the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Everything went well with the inspection and when I went to meet While in for my 1000mi inspection I opted for the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Everything went well with the inspection and when I went to meet the valet the truck was still soaking wet inside and out. I understand the service is complimentary and it only states “wash & vacuum”, but if I’d know it was going to be done so haphazardly I would have probably declined. It took me only 10 mins of my time to dry the truck myself on site. Not impressed. More

Recent Visit I am very disappointed with my recent visit. My remote start, i paid extra to have it installed, is not working properly. I took it in for the 1000 mi I am very disappointed with my recent visit. My remote start, i paid extra to have it installed, is not working properly. I took it in for the 1000 miled check and had them look into the remote start issue and a vibrating issue which i asked them to try balancing the back tires, which they didnt do. My remote start is still not working properly. When i arrived to pick up the car, the sevice advisor introduced me to a technician to show me how it operates and he stated i have to stand within 20 feet of the vehicle for it to work properly. When i questioned the technician he stated it has a low frequency and it will only properly start from that distance. You must agree that it is unrealistic for me to have to start to walk to me car stop 20 feet from it, take the time it takes to start the vehicle with the remote. Giving that amount of time i could just walk to my car and start it without the remote, especially since the toyota website states it should work up to 80 feet from the vehicle and i am not even asking for that. I had a previos car with a remote start and it worked around objects and over 100 feet. Please have the manager contact me regarding. More
