Overall a great experience! I have been using Thompson's Toyota service department since I purchased my Toyota Camry in 2009. The most recent time I was there was very typical of I have been using Thompson's Toyota service department since I purchased my Toyota Camry in 2009. The most recent time I was there was very typical of how I have always been treated. Staff are professional and friendly and helpful. They always have a loaner car available for me if I need it. The only hold up at all this last time was that the part I needed to complete my car repairs was on hold so they told me to keep the loaner throughout that time. They even mentioned that my battery was wearing out and even though I had forgotten about it, I had purchased a battery from them before that had free replacement within a certain amount of time. So for a very reasonable amount of money. I got my car inspected, repaired, and a new battery, as well as the use of the loaner for 6 days. Wouldn't go anywhere else. More
