My wife and I have purchased and leased 14 vehicles from Thompson Toyota beginning with my very first car as a new driver, the 1988 Toyota Camry. Tho My wife and I have purchased and leased 14 vehicles from Thompson Toyota beginning with my very first car as a new driver, the 1988 Toyota Camry. Thompson Toyota is simply fantastic and they take really good care of their customers. I've gotten two Camrys and five Tacomas over the last 30 years. My wife has gotten a Tercel, Corolla, and four Siennas. I also purchased a Corolla for my brother years ago. I highly recommend Thompson Toyota to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle, great service, and great salespeople who don't pressure you to buy. They go out of their way to get you the vehicle that you want whether that means they have to order it from the factory or grab it from another dealership. They take care of you before and after the sale. The service department is great, as I said before. The waiting room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. You can wait for your vehicle to be serviced in style. The service department also offers a shuttle service that you can use if you can't wait for your vehicle. Not only that, I believe they offer a free rent-a-car if you can't wait. To top things off, there is a Perkins across the street from the dealership and we would be treated to breakfast or lunch while we waited for the vehicle. I don't know if they still do that though since it's been a while. I have never had a problem with any of the vehicles that I have purchased from Thompson. There was never a time when I wished I had purchased someplace else. I look forward to going to Thompson Toyota for service or to purchase because I know it will be a great experience. My son likes to accompany me when I go because he loves cars, and he loves Thompson Toyota. If you need a car, truck, van, or SUV, and you live on planet earth, then go to Thompson Toyota. LOL! We used to deal with Peruzzi but gave Thompson a chance this time and we are more than pleased. We were lucky enough to meet Dominick Criscolo who knew the car inside and out. He gave a first rate showing of the car, was fast (but not too fast) with the paperwork and was awesome to deal with. The showroom and service department was clean and was a place you didn't mind spending a couple of hours buying a car. It was an overall great experience. I love my Highlander and I am happy to say that I love my new dealership and salesman. More

two days for tires? So I had a flat tire and tried to fix myself. The jack handle (I describe as a toy) bent with very little trouble. I had to call AAA. They came from Fred Beans a competitor to my dealership as they have the AAA distributor in Doylestown. Great service by the way. Took my car in to Thompson for four tires as I was told I would need shortly anyway. Started to snow so I was asked if I wanted a rental car or would I wait. I took rental car with instruction to return within 24 hours. That same day I received a phone call that a new handle would be $30. Really! I said no thanks I will call AAA if I have another flat. I returned rental car at about 9:15 am the next day. I found that the tires were not in stock and would not be ready for another day. The dealership allowed me to use the rental another day. BUT I had no knowledge that tires would not be ready until I arrived to pick up the car. I did get the car the following day and everything was fine. Thanks for washing my car and vacuuming the inside. I usually have great experiences at Thompson, but this was nowhere near what I expect. More
