Reliable and professional I can always count on Thompson to do a thorough and professional job with my ten-year-old Prius. I would not like it if I were being told that there would be additional expensive repairs and that I had to decide right there with many other customers within earshot. Can there be some other, more discreet way of handling this? More

That was a great experience from start to finish. It was such a positive experience that a few months later, my wife got a 2012 Highlander. Fast forward to 2018, I have a new 2017 TRD PRO tundra and my wife has a 2018 Highlander Limited. The company I work for also deals with Thompson for our fleet vehicles, we currently have 8 Prius, as a company we are looking to save money and Thompson was the best price by far. The reason for this review is, I recently hit a deer with my Tundra and had to get a bumper end cap and a bumper valance. The end needed to be painted which was done at the dealership, which came out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Thompson Toyota, from there sales team, parts department, finance department, there techs and as well as there upper management, all good people. Repaired damaged Fuel door after inspection service I brought my Taco in for inspection and when I picked it up I noticed the fuel door was twisted. I alerted the service tech Jason and after a video re I brought my Taco in for inspection and when I picked it up I noticed the fuel door was twisted. I alerted the service tech Jason and after a video review he said the fuel door was not damaged when the truck came in and he thought it probably happened during the complimentary car wash.. They fixed the fuel door in 2 days and all is good. Except, after reviewing the paperwork I was given when I picked up the truck after I was home there was a comment (which they did not review with me) stating the fuel door was damaged when it came in and they gave me a one time courtesy to honor the promise they made in the lane when I questioned the damage. They should have been honest with me and explained in detail and showed me the video of the video.. I appreciate Thompson not charging me for the repair but they should have been upfront with me and not put the comment in my file without my knowledge. Overall my experience with Thompson is great and I will bring my Taco back for all service. More

Not great this time. After waiting for an hour they came out to tell me the part was delayed. They did offer me a loaner car. THis was the first time this happened. Thgey should have called to let me know about the delay. More
