They rented me a practically brand new loaner car for the day (for free, other than the optional $15/day insurance fee that i chose). Long story short, they discovered a minor unrelated problem i hadn't and needed to order a part to fix it. They had to keep my car a little longer than planned to do it also, and i knowingly consented and didn't complain at all. But they still kept me updated on the situation by phone and didn't even charge me for the insurance on last day i had the loaned car (probably because i only had it half of the day). I would definitely come again and recommend them to friends! More
