So I called Thompson Toyota. Scheduled. Work done as proposed. No BS jargon about maintenance issues I knew I didn't have. Every person I met was courteous, they weren't running the shuttle so they use lift to get me back home. My vehicle was serviced and I am one very happy camper. When we first started the process at looking at the cars he pretended he didn't see us and tried to avoid us. He was so lazy to fill out the form to test drive thew car alone, so he sent another employee with us, he didn't even give us that option. When we went in for paper work he was rude and was rushing so fast that he kept messing up my information. I would just like everyone to know if you have the opportunity to go with another car salesman I recommend you do so. Car salesman are supposed to make the process easier and less stressful, he did quite the opposite. More
