I would give them a 0 if it was an option. Roughly 2 weeks spent going back and forth trying to purchase a vehicle and at no point did the sales person answer the specific question I ask regarding costs weeks spent going back and forth trying to purchase a vehicle and at no point did the sales person answer the specific question I ask regarding costs of warranties.
