This is the first time that I have ever bought a used car sight-unseen (I am located in AZ and this dealer is in PA) and I was a little uneasy with the prospect. Kevin was great to work with though, answered sight-unseen (I am located in AZ and this dealer is in PA) and I was a little uneasy with the prospect. Kevin was great to work with though, answered all of the questions that I had for him, took extra pictures and managed the whole process of shipping documents back and forth very well. We reached an agreement, signed papers, and a few days later I had a trucking company come by and pick up the car. Kevin was kind enough to volunteer to come in on his day off if necessary to make sure that everything went well. One week later and the car is sitting in my driveway 2400 miles away, and it is exactly as Kevin described it. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I initially started to work thru online sales with Sherah Cooney. She was fantabulous (fantastic, fabulous, marvelous) :)) Sherah was opened, consistent and easy to work with. He always answered to my calls, requests, always was getting back to me promptly with all my question (and I had a lot of them, since I'm out of state customer, and had issues whether to register here in PA or AZ. The other sales managers at Thompson were great too! They got me a great value on my trade-in. All the info was ALWAYS properly disclosed, no tricks with hidden fees, all in all, NO jumbo-mambo business. I had such a great experience!!! Way to go Thompson Toyota! More
