Great Customer Centric Sales Process I've been shopping for a new mid-sized truck for 6 months and looked at Honda Ridgeline, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Chevy Colorado. Most dealers I've been shopping for a new mid-sized truck for 6 months and looked at Honda Ridgeline, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Chevy Colorado. Most dealers took me for the typical car buying 3 ring circus--test drive, probing/trial close, how much are you looking to pay each month, let me talk to my manager, etc. Except one dealer--Thompson Toyota--and a great, great sales person--Walter McGinty! Walter knows his stuff and really did a thorough job describing the Tacoma and various models/packages. I went to see him 3x over the course of my shopping experience and each time he was informative, extremely helpful, transparent, and friendly. What convinced me Walter and Thompson Toyota in Doylestown were my dealer / truck of choice, was when I left him after an appraisal of my trade-in he called me to say I might be able to get more if I go to the Chevy dealer, but that I should consider the benefits of doing business with Thompson. I went to the Chevy dealer and they didn't offer me as much at first until I started to walk out. Then they had a change of tune...good news, we can offer you X. I told them to give me their best offer and they chose the typical path. So I went back to Walter at Thompson and said, I'm ready to buy so give me your best. And he did! No BS, just straight talk and good info. Thanks Walter and Thompson Toyota! More

Most deceitful people to buy a car from. Screwed us over We bought a used car from them and they said it had brand new tires, a new clutch, and new brakes. They also said that the car was warranted if we had any issues with it. We have recently had to replace all 4 tires and the whole entire clutch. We contacted the dealership and they said they had no idea what we were talking about. That none of those things were said and it was all on us to deal with. We had papers to prove that they were wrong but they did not want to hear it. I will never buy another car from this dealership. The man that sold us the car was only interested in our money, not our best interests. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. More
