Finally I went back to town and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to "figure it out" and approve my refund and say they will mail me a check in 2 weeks! Actual car service is good. My biggest issue is the length of time to check in and never knowing if I’m to go to the Cadillac side or the Chevrolet side. 5 times I’ve had my 2020 Silverado in for the infocenter, between the technicians, the mechanics and service techs not talking and being unwilling to listen to the customer they still haven’t fixed the probl between the technicians, the mechanics and service techs not talking and being unwilling to listen to the customer they still haven’t fixed the problem. The display they have produced has completely turned me away from Chevrolet (and GM). If they are unwilling to put effort into fixing a problem that’s been exhibited from 3,000 miles on how can I expect them to really want to fix any other electrical issues. More
