I made the mistake in treating this like any other car lot. Having purchased many vehicles in the past and experienced on many occasions the, "Sure we can get that done!" but never came through. Not only did Jon help me pick out an automobile that suited my needs but one that we could eventually work out the finances as well. There were no hidden cost. Jon told me up front how much the car was. I knew that if I was to purchase something, I would need to be able to cover taxes, tag and probably GAP Insurance out of pocket, this was my down payment. Jon found large bank financing with a little higher rate than some might want to pay but since I knew that my credit was not perfect, this was good for me and actually expected something higher which would have put me out of budget for the purchase. My new (new to me) car is just like new. Jon made a good recommendation with it. It is a little light on gadgets but with extremely low mileage and like new condition, to me just means less to worry about going wrong down the road. The car also fit me better than others I was looking at, in that the seats sit higher and back further. This may not make sense to most people but if you have hip disorders, squatting low to get in and out of a vehicle can be quite the challenge. I know, I touched on finances already but kind of funny story, maybe you'll appreciate it. Jon had checked a few financiers. He was checking the bank that accommodated the loan and he touched base with me at his desk to let me know what was going on and that it may be some time before he actually received an answer from this one. I read this as, "We're done for the day!" I mulled around the lot for a few minutes and went home, figuring, as anyone might, we're done and I'll never hear from this guy again. By the time I got home, 15 minutes away, I had 2 voice mail and an email asking me where I went? I called Jon and explained that I thought we were done. Needless to say, I was back there and driving away in my car with in a short order. More

I am pleased that i was able to get financed on a vehicle, when other dealers was trying to take advantage of me. However, i was told that my truck would be filled up with gas. My suggestion is that they may want to be more specific as to what they are providing so that there is no misunderstanding. It is understood that this dealership is in the business of making money. My power steering fluid is pitch black. While the vehicle is in running order, several system fluids have been found needing IMMEDIATE attention before negatively affecting pertinent components of the vehicle relative to its continued functionality. John W told me there was no CarFax for my vehicle becase it is older than 2000. Called dealership and spoke w/Dan who said he was new Mgr. Dan promised to give me a full tank of gas and a copy of CarFax report on 1/25/2011 @ 9am. More

I was told by a friend that the dealership had a Shelby Mustang. I went by and drove the car with my Salesman Travis. I went to lunch came back and we started trying to get financing started.
