The poorest used car dealership bar none. They took advantage of my 80 year old mom and knowingly sold her an unsafe and defectivtive 2014cInfinity QX 60. THE vehicle was called out in a clas They took advantage of my 80 year old mom and knowingly sold her an unsafe and defectivtive 2014cInfinity QX 60. THE vehicle was called out in a class action law suite for a defective transmission just 2 months after it was purchased. The vehicle immediately started showing signs of trouble related to the transmission class action suite. Mom was never contacted about it and it has been driven problematicly over 3 years. She didn't know any better. I took the vehicle into a Nissan/Infinity dealer and was told she would need a new CVT transmission that should have been reported to her by Tidelands Ford, Pawleys Island, SC. She is now out $7300 to fix it, on top of what she already paid for it. When I contacted Tidelands Ford, I was blocked on social media without cause. Please do not shop at Tidelands Ford! They are rude and have no desire to help an elderly lady that they ripped of in the get go. More

This is the third car I've bought from tidelands Ford using Dave Clayton a wonderful salesman who explained the whole process to me and found me the car of my dreams. The car looks brand new and drives brand new and it's a 2013 so it's 10 years old. I was blessed that they took my vehicle a 2008 Eddie Bauer Explorer that needed mechanical work in for a trade in at a wonderful price. I would definitely recommend to everyone to go see Dave Clayton at tidelands Ford.
