I will skip all the smaller things that I could complain about, but I will say that my mother was already talking about the poor customer service before we even spoke to a salesman. I took a few cars on a test drive...they had some trainee go with me...who knew NOTHING. I traded in a Ford F-150 for a Ford Ecosport that they had on the Nissan lot. Instead of financing, they owed me money as the truck was worth more than the car I traded for. They were supposed to send me a check in the mail for the money they owed me...waited, waited, waited...no check. I call and enquire about the check, "oh we'll look into it and get back to you." Days go by, I call and ask about the check I have not received. "Oh we will mail the check again," (they said it was lost in the mail)...waiting, waiting, waiting. I call again about the xxxx check - now I am getting pissed. The guy that answers the phone says they will call back and let me know when the check is in so I can come pick it up. Of course nobody calls. So I call for like the fifth time, I go get the check. I also purchased some rims from them the day I bought the car. I was told they would be available in a week. Same scenario with the check they owed me. Call, they say five to seven days...nothing, and on it goes. I wait for the rims for over a month and then demand that they cancel the rims and cut me a check. Also, my car came with only one key. They snuck in some key replacement fee in the contract for $600.00 in which if you lose your key they will give you $400 towards replacement...xxx? (My fault, should have noticed this, but it also should have been brought up.) No follow through. Nobody calls you back. Nobody seemed to know what was going on every time I called. I have purchased many cars in my life, (I currently have five cars), and I have never experienced such poor customer service. I know I am ranting...it was just so frustrating! For god's sake, run from this place. Oh, and the car was filthy even after they "detailed and washed it." More

Complete Rip Off The WORST service I have ever received at a dealership. I called and asked that my freon be refilled, to add air to my tire and wash my car. After a couple of hours i get a text that they have financing for repairs. Not a good sign. So i text back and ask the the cost is going to be? They text back and say $585. They said they started the recharge and found a leak in a hose. I kind of knew there was a leak, because I've had to refill the freon 2 years now. So I declined the repair that would also have require me to leave my car for who know how long. So when I go to pick up my car, I'm told that it is $230, wow. But I pay thinking at least my car will be cool for at least a while. They bring the car around and it is NOT washed, it is extremely hot and is blowing hot air MUCH hotter than before I brought it in. I call Dixie Anderson, the service person and ask $19.50 for freon and $195 for labor? I ask how many hours is $195? she said 1-1/2hr. 1-1/2 hr to put freon in and see a leak? I am no mechanic but that seems like way too much time. And on top of that they only "put as much freon in as came out" They did not fill it like i asked, and they did not wash it like it asked so basically I got charge $230 to have my air conditioner run worse and for putting air in my tire. I know times are tough with covid-19 but you don't need to rip off the customers you have to try and make it up. NEVER AGAIN am i going to this place. They deserve negative 230 stars. AVOID More

They did not clarify the rates they offered and did not even bother to explain to me the details of the offer. I've been to other dealerships and have seen how they behave towards costumers and trying to find what will fit your needs, but I didn't see such behavior there. They took my signature while working on the financials of the car, which was totally unnecessary and kind of impolite!! I will not recommend going to this dealership as there are multiple better with a more caring agent dealership in SLC. More

The ipad keeps everything quite hidden. Added an additional 6-7k of services to the price of my truck which I did not want. Way to scam a ER resident guys. I never write reviews but this was absolutely warranted if it helps save just one person from buying from this crooked dealership. I found a car on Carfax for $11,228 being sold by Tim Dahle Nissan in bountiful. This was a great deal that I thought was due to the coronavirus pandemic or something. I knew there would be taxes and fees involved but Kelly blue book says as a general rule to expect 10% in those. I called on this car and asked for total out the door pricing with all fees. I wanted a price for if I paid cash upfront or if I did my financing through them. Mitch is the one who originally helped me and sent me the breakdown of the fees and total pricing. Out the door pricing for this car posted for $11,228 with upfront cash was $16,665 and financing through them was $15,165. I couldn't believe what I saw. I asked a breakdown of the fees and Mitch told me $1,479 was for shop fees to clean up the car and putting two new tires on it and the rest of the fees were tags, documentation, etc. I told him that was insane and that I wouldn't pay more than $13,000 for the car. Which I felt I was being generous since that was well over 10% of the original posted price. Mitch haggled with me back and forth. He dropped it to $14,800, $13,700, and then finally $13,500. (Although the last documented haggle they have on their end was $13,700 of course) I told him again I thought I was being generous and if they expect to add over 20% on the price of the car then they need to advertise that. I told him I'd come down to test drive and talk with them if they could get it closer to $13,000. I then get a call from the manager Kyle. He asked if I had even driven the car and I said no but that I wanted to make sure the car was in my price range before I spent an hour driving down to their lot. He said I should expect 12-15% increase after fees and everything. I told him that even if we added 15% to the original price, it would come out to $12,900 so I was being generous in my offer. He said he would get it close to $13,000 and to come for a test drive. (This all took hours of back and forth by the way) I drive an hour down there, find scrapes all over the car but figure hey maybe that's why it was priced so well and I can deal with it. I take it for a test drive and decide to buy it. The salesman tried to haggle a little but I said I already told them $13,000 in our hours long back and forth on the phone. He agreed to it and had me sign under $13,000 to promise that's what I'll do. Then he comes back a while later with the wonderful manager Kyle who then says that they can't do $13,000. I said that's why I drove down because you said you would get it down to $13,000 and to come drive it. He said with their $1500 "worry free" check that the lowest they could go was $14,800! I said why did you say something different on the phone, why is your ad advertising the vehicle for $11,228, and even with your high 15% taxes and fees you would be at $12,900 but somehow we're adding an additional $2000 dollars somewhere? He went on to point out the fine print on Carfax that the dealer may have extra fees. I then said that's why I called them! And that he's not even going to $13,500 which was the lowest offer on the phone! He said he would get the absolute lowest number they would go which turned out to be $14,500. Seriously an absolute joke. I wasted my entire day, two hours driving, and endless hours talking to salesmen. This place is crooked and takes advantage of you. They try to squeeze every penny out you and hide thousands of dollars of fees. They falsely advertise, try to lure you into their lot just to try to play off your emotions. I will make sure this company loses business from many people, they don't deserve to have business because of the way they run things. More

Never ever again doing business with this dealer I felt like the financial guy forced us to have a 10 year warranty. And at the end of the contract there was another 5 year warranty that we didn’t talk ab like the financial guy forced us to have a 10 year warranty.
