CARMEN WAS AMAZING! Carmen was very professional and helped me find a vehicle really quick! Carmen was straight foward, not a lot of dealership are like that, honest, nice, and professional. Carmen and i went through the paper process and she explained to me, with each paper, what it was about before i signed, loved it!! I, being the overthinker and doubts, asked Carmen questions about the car and what the dealership would do if i had any issue with the vehicle in short time, Carmen took initiative and showed me where the car service was, and how to submit appointments with them through the website, she explained what they could do and how to contact them if anything happens. During the paper we had to wait, and it was getting really late, but carmen was always checking up on me and offered me drinks and snacks, so nice!! The place was also great they had good music playing, the managers introduced themselves to me and were very polite (mario and carden/cardan) this place was not as bad as the other reviews i read on this website. I would recommend this place to any buyer and i would mostly recommend them to speak to carmen, she keeps it real. More

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We live about an hour away from this dealership, we called to make sure the Cadillac we were interested in was available. Jason assured us that it was available and to still come in even though the dealership would be closed by the time we got there. When we got to the dealership Jason was unavailable as he was with a different customer. Another sales man stepped in and informed us that the Cadillac we were there to see would not start, that should have been our first red flag to leave! The sales man showed my dad a grad prix that they just accepted on trade that we were unable to test drive because of the time, this should have been our second red flag to leave but my dad really needed a car so he visually inspected the car, started the car, and all seemed fine. He decided to continue with the deal. We sat around for about an hour and half as financing was finishing up with other deals. When they got to our deal we were informed that I would have to purchase the car as my dad does not have a DL. At his point I asked if they offer any military or veterans discounts as the car was now going in my name, they do not offer any discounts on used cars. Fine. I was rushed through the paperwork and was told "Sign here" Sign here" "Sign here" with no explanation to what I was signing, yes I should have read the paperwork and had them fully explain what each paper was but felt so bad because they stayed late to get us taken care of, because they just wanted our cash. I signed an as is buyers guide knowing there would be no warranty on the car. We drive the car home from Tooele and it sat Sunday because the dealership refused to give us any type of temp tag for transportation so I got tags Monday and the car was drove from Tooele to Salt Lake Tuesday and the engine blew up. I called the dealership and was informed by Mario that they did not do any type of safety inspection on the car to ensure that they sold us a vehicle that would even last my monies worth and was told by him "What did you expect? You purchased the car for 2k." I expected the car to last for more than a drive to Tooele and back to Salt Lake! There is nothing they can do for me and Mario was less than professional when I tried to express my frustrations on their shotty practices. More
