Worst car buying experience!! The car salesman lied and they add fee after fee to their bs price. We test drove the car and heard a sound that we were concerned about (the salesman heard it as well) so he they add fee after fee to their bs price. We test drove the car and heard a sound that we were concerned about (the salesman heard it as well) so he had someone look at it. A few minutes later another salesman came out and said it was just the spare tire was loose. We got home and noticed the sound again. We took it back and the service department told us they never touched it before that was just salemens bs! We still have the sound and of course when we went back no one even remembered us or wanted to help! More
In looking for my new vehicle, I found Isaac at Tim Dahle Bountiful. While I ended up purchasing my new Nissan from another dealer, I appreciated Isaac’s professionalism and courtesy. I have been searching for a new truck for 6 months. The lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just recently found a dealer that was willing to accept my terms. I was also working with a salesman from Tim Dahle who said he would match the offer from the other dealership. I based my final decision off the dealership's location, which was Tim Dahle Bountiful. I grabbed my brother in law to drive my old truck and headed to buy my new truck. Filled out all the paperwork and handled the financing. Now it was time to take possession of my brand new truck, only to find out that it wouldn't be here for 3 weeks, (The other dealer was willing to deliver the truck to my house on Christmas eve). The online listing made no mention of the truck "coming soon", and the salesman said nothing about the truck being in transit until the paperwork was signed. After a few days of being angry, I contacted the salesman asking to get out of the deal and was told that isn't an option. If you are going to buy from this dealer, please make sure that you verify everything that matters to you, otherwise you may be stuck with an unacceptable deal. More
This dealership sold me a truck that did not start and lied to me about it. When I purchased the truck I was told I could take it the next day because they were going to do maintain and detail it, after t lied to me about it. When I purchased the truck I was told I could take it the next day because they were going to do maintain and detail it, after the first day they told me that they did not finished to I had to pick the truck up the second day after signing so I waited 2 days and the second day I get a call that I had to pick the truck up in a week because it had issues and it was not starting. During that week I told the dealership that I wanted to return it or trade it in for another truck and was told that I could not. Keep in mind that I had not taken the truck out of the dealership. Now that I have had the truck for over one month the engine is failing and the chasis has problem. The total to repair is over 13k and they said they can’t do anything about it. Stay away from this dealership if you’re not trying to get screwed over. More

We were test driving a used Nissan from another small dealer and made an appointment to have the Nissan service department look it over and do their “used car inspection”. Was told it was $129 on the ph dealer and made an appointment to have the Nissan service department look it over and do their “used car inspection”. Was told it was $129 on the phone when I made the appointment. When I dropped the car off I mistakingly asked if it was $159 and she said No, it’s $150… it had been a long day so I thought maybe I had misheard on the phone. When I verified it was $129, and they charged me $179 when I went to pick it up- she said no, you asked if it was $159 and I said no, $150 plus tax. They charged me shop fees in addition. Seriously? Then looked at another car while we were there listed at $8999. They tried to tell me they were doing me a favor by not charging me for all the work they put in to the car. I told them that parts on them, I should be getting it for what they have advertised. In small print it says, price does not include shop fees. Then they try telling me it’s $10900 out the door with tax and fees. Seriously. What a joke. Licensing fees are less than $100, and tax is less than a grand. I walked away. Now they won’t stop trying to contact me. (Not to mention while test driving one of their used cars, the salesman went with us which is annoying, AND was badmouthing the Nissan that we were having inspected, saying how bad that make/model Nissan car is… at a NISSAN dealership!!).
