I had a service today that I had chosen the wrong selection in the app. There was a miscommunication that was my fault and a correction that wasn't correctly logged. I saw the service team working together to resolve the issue and supporting each other being a great parent. I drive a long distance to go back to this dealership for service for the pleasant environment and great service. I appreciate the environment as a customer. But I love that the workers have a good place to work- to the extent I've seen because my Honda has required very little time at the dealership. More
My experience is with service dept. although I would certainly consider buying my next car from this dealership. Gave great service and explained what they were going to do today and when the car was ready they explained what the car would need done at certain mileage points .
