I purchased a Bronco Raptor, when I got it home I noticed the front bumper was miss aligned. Ford craftsmanship just wasn’t there! Sorry but for 100K I expect good craftsmanship! That was a Friday, they said they would call that night or Monday at the latest. Well Monday came and nothing so I called them and he said sorry let me get back to you this evening!! It’s now Saturday and still nothing! A factory defect well ok then fix it and I’m good. But the dealership service department blowing me off and lying to me is unacceptable.
