Great Customer Service So, I got a call from Ryan Bowen from Hemet Gosch Ford where I had previously gotten my car, and he tells me that they are looking at my current car s So, I got a call from Ryan Bowen from Hemet Gosch Ford where I had previously gotten my car, and he tells me that they are looking at my current car status and that they could help me get into a new car and possibly lower my payment which to me sounded awesome. Well, let me say this: it was awesome. Ryan called in his manager, who by the way is also named Ryan, except his last name is Smith :), anyway, they looked at my car and it's current value and answered all my concerns because I was hesitant. They were able to work out a deal that was satisfying to me and my husband and were more than accommodating of my concerns. Both Ryans have a wonderful attitude and made us feel comfortable while providing us with all the information necessary and available for our new purchase. Honestly, I have to say, I was happy 3 years ago as a repeat customer and I am happy now and will continue being a repeat customer of Hemet Gosch Ford because associates like Ryan make the process that much easier and that much smoother.
