Had it towed to Jack Gosch Ford and was told they would not work on it because it was a 1989 model. They didn't have the equipment. They had serviced this van in the past. They just didn't want to work on it even though the tow truck was sitting in their driveway. I couldn't believe this. They are a Ford service and the van is a Ford. I had it towed there for nothing. What the xxxx is the matter with these people? . They won't even fix their own product? More
Poorest service I have ever received at a Ford Dealership. Personally went in to book appointment. Took 2015 F150 on Thursday morning as per appointment at 7:30am. Had listed three items. Called at 11:15 on Friday.Only regular service work done. No excuse as to why other work not done. One day and a half for what. Two hours worth of work done. Serious Problems at this service centre. Will not ever return. Oh they did have enough time to call and want me to trade. Are you kidding,not on your life.Oh my truck was dirty with dust and water drops. Cost me to have it cleaned. On my work order it says I picked vehicle up before diagnosis on my second and third concerns. More

Understanding your need on your vehicle. I baby my 2007 Roush Mustang all the time and to know that Gosch Ford did the same was just awesome. friendly, helpful people very nice folks, the only issue was getting them to phone me back to let me know how many days to keep the vehicle and what was wrong. if you want to buy a car and not drive it, you found the pla Picked up a vehicle on 8/8 9:30 P.M. Thursday night, after getting a call to come back right now and the deal is on. Closed on a van and drove to Meni Picked up a vehicle on 8/8 9:30 P.M. Thursday night, after getting a call to come back right now and the deal is on. Closed on a van and drove to Menifee to pick up a second driver for the vehicle I left out side. The van shut off on the way back, red flag, dealer is closed can't do anything now. Next morning after a few appointments and got called from Spencer (great kid, not a sales guy, hope he never transforms) to follow up on csi. I explained that the van had been stalling and shutting down since I picked it up. He stated he will pass on the info and I assured him that I would be in service after my last appointment after 4 P.M. or so. I did so and went to sales office (no names to keep it as positive as I can) I explained that it was in service and that I did not want the vehicle because it's unsafe. This is my second Transit Connect and the other one is still, after a month still in service at another dealer for a fuel pump recall. Yes by now I am feeling like a sucker thinking that Ford would have done the right thing and not place faulty fuel pumps on the streets with customer driving them. Well I just know found out that it's not a fuel pump but a throttle body defect, still a faulty vehicle. The staff some are phenomenal and others not so much, they have explained that they cannot do any thing for me but Mike Harrington the operations manager. The reason that I decided to post this is because I read a prior post where Mike is the one that get's it handled, good person, wants to make this store better. I called this morning and left a message on his cell, of course had to leave a message and wait till Monday. If it is true that he wants to make this store better he needs to empower his staff to make the right, some times wrong decisions with the customer in mind and not the bottom line that will make a difference with us, the customers. I should not have to wait to see what they are going to do for me over the weekend when I just picked up this defective van.... They have a lot of wonderful people at this dealer, they can only do what they are allowed. I will remove this post when I am given a proper resolution but for now have to wait for Mike. Mike you have a great weekend, on the other hand I will spend mine worrying what I am going to do with this unsafe vehicle.... For you possible new vehicle owners make sure that you test drive it for at least 20 miles before you sign anything. I made the mistake of thing it's new, not it can still be a you know what. Don't believe that it has been funded or any other manipulative information, confirm your facts by calling the finance company or that ever else you can do and when you call Ford Motors to complain they will tell you to call the finance company. Don't rush in and buy on before or on the weekend because if something goes wrong you could end up like me waiting for Mike to come back on Monday. Love it, just love it.
