On 02/16/2010 I flew down from the San Francisco Bay Area to finalise the purchase of a 2008 Volvo C30. I had been communicating via email and telephone with John Young and Chad Jahary for roughly one week to finalise the purchase of a 2008 Volvo C30. I had been communicating via email and telephone with John Young and Chad Jahary for roughly one week before heading down. They overnighted the documents to me so that both myself and my fiance could put our names on the car. John offered to pick me up at the Ontario airport (thanks again John!) When we arrived at the dealership in Hemet I was able to see the car IN PERSON for the first time, and as I hoped, it looked just as good as the pictures indicated - no last minute surprises. We finished up with the paperwork, got everything wrapped up and off I went, back up to the bay. My fiance and I have had quite a few dealership experiences in the last year (she ended up with an infiniti from Fairfield Infiniti), but this was definitely the best dealership / sales team I've worked with. John and Chad really contributed to a "smooth" purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership, and if you do make the decision to go with Gosch, make sure to ask for John or Chad.
