Buying a car without ever seeing it in person isn’t for everyone, let alone almost 600 miles away. I was nervous and went into it very apprehensive. Whether it was lack of communication, patience to answer all questions willingly, or going above ones roll as a salesman to make you feel like they care. I turned down a deal hat was cheaper than what I bought just because I felt I wasn’t being treated right. Spencer at Gosh Ford was patient, took way more photos than needed, answered all questions throughly, and most of all he treated us with respect. At the end I felt like we were buying from a friend and not just a salesman. He kept up updated throughout the whole process and even when the vehicle was “sold” he still walked us through each process. I knew as the consumer I could pick anywhere I wanted to buy and if I wasn’t happy, I would just say no thank you and keep going. Well I will buy at Gosh again, even being so far away! More
