Great experience buying a pre-owned car I knew what I was looking for and was referred by the Costco buying program. As soon as I got the referral to Gosch Ford, I went online and started lo I knew what I was looking for and was referred by the Costco buying program. As soon as I got the referral to Gosch Ford, I went online and started looking at reviews of the dealership and researching the extra details on the vehicle. Spencer Pipitt called me within 20-30 minutes of my Costco referral. we set up an appt to meet over the weekend. He and Aleksa checked in with me through the week to see if I had any other questions and answered them all. I got to test drive the Focus ST on Saturday PM & by Sunday AM, they had some numbers & we were ready to rock ‘n’ roll. All in all it was a smooth transaction and I have to say starting with Spencer and Aleksa up to Ryan & Finance, it was a Solid team. Everyone was helpful & friendly and when I questioned anything or wanted to make some changes, they were accommodating. It was a great experience overall. More

We were greeted immediately and met with Ramiro Gallo. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We looked at a 2018 STX with a little over 6,000 miles. After talking a bit, he suggested we take a look at the new 2019s he had in stock. We looked through the trucks on the lot, and Ramiro offered to work up the numbers on both the new and used truck. We didn’t think the new truck was in the budget, but after running the numbers and the incentives, we were able to get the new truck for a little more than the used truck with 0% financing! Thanks to the amazing willingness to work with us, Ramiro was able to get us in a new truck!!! More
