Went in to see about a navigation problem found out that it required a lot more than that . Last maintenance was done at my dealer and now back home and will have it taken care of here. Bought a used 2019 Santa Fe, Hyundai had just replaced the engine @ 99k mi under warranty, and we bought it 500 miles later. We brought it in to check on what else was needed for the 100k mile service. We were quoted almost $2000 worth of work, much of was not needed! Items like a coolant flush, intake cleaning, belts and hoses, and some other items that were obviously done when replacing the engine. Then they added wheel alignment )vehicle has new tires and was aligned at the time of purchase, less then 500 ago!, and A/C cleaning to eliminate odors, which there are none. When I confronted the service agent, he said that was what they recommended for the 100k miles service. You guys sent me a video the technician took showing the air filter and cabin filter clean, yet you recommended replacement. I understand some of the items like a transmission service were recommended, but most were unneeded items, and I felt very uneasy of having you do any other work. More
