We purchased a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle back in March 2025 and it’s feels more like a Certified Pre Owned Lemon. It has left a sour taste in our mouths to say the least. Literally the next morning after 2025 and it’s feels more like a Certified Pre Owned Lemon. It has left a sour taste in our mouths to say the least. Literally the next morning after purchase we were showing our son the sunroof. We opened it, but when we went to close it, wouldn’t you know it didn’t close. We called the dealership the same day and they asked us to bring the car in. We did and they gave us timeframe of about 3 days, so when we asked for a loaner car they said no, which was not a big deal. But once the 3 days were up, the service advisor said it there was a back order on the car which be about 1-2 weeks. When we asked for loaner car then, they still refused. After a long wait and few calls they did give us a loaner car. They gave it us for the weekend, but we purchased a SUV and they gave us a sedan, which put us right back to where we were as we already owned a sedan. We asked for a SUV and they swapped it out for a SUV. We waited the two weeks and they told it’s be another 2 weeks, so we asked to have them pay the first month of our car loan and they did agree to this. Shortly after, the car was fixed along with a leaking strut. We thought that’d be the end of it, but once we went home. We could hear a screw rolling around in dash, but after the whole ordeal we didn’t make a big. We then took it to get an oil change when it was due and Valvoline told us that these cars are known to burn a little more oil then they should and it was low on oil. We then made an effort to keep on top of the oil and its consumption filling up when it needed. A few months go by and we hear a weird noise coming from the engine, and the next time we go to start it up, it would say vehicle was on but it wouldn’t crank over. We assumed it was the starter and got it towed to dealership waited the 3 days again and were told it was indeed the starter, but there was a leak coming from the oil filter housing which is about a $60-$70 part, the service center wanted $1800, which is crazy. And what do you know another shock/strut was leaking! We were like oh ok we have warranty no big deal. We were then told we didn’t have warranty, but we kept the contract and they couldn’t find it. After a few hours they found it and nothing was covered so after $1500 it was fixed and the car was back with us. It was now randomly stalling so we checked the battery and the terminals were extremely loose, which caused us to stall on the freeway and on a few turns which could have ended very badly and we had our son in the car, to say we are unhappy is to say the least. I’m giving two stars just because the salesman and sales manager were great when we bought the car. For a car that had been “checked” before resale. I can confirm it was not. Never doing business with this dealership again. More
Jeremy, Freddy and Arther were amazing. If it wasn’t for them my old car would have been taken away. Great customer service from all three. I would definitely recommend them to my family an If it wasn’t for them my old car would have been taken away. Great customer service from all three. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Once again thank you. More
