This dealership has been a headache since I traded my 2019 Elantra for a 2023 Kona, their customer service is always horrible as is the work they do in the car, always come back with a new issue. And with the loyalty they never give a break or honor anything was a few days or weeks late getting last oil change didn’t honor it, battery died at 35,000 miles but instead of honoring it in good faith they told me welp too bad you hit your 3 years in February. Won’t be bringing the car back nor doing anymore business with Tim morant Hyundai. More

I'd give 10 Stars if I could. It was a hot summer day and Tony drove us around Tim Moran's 3 dealerships to find a used car. We wanted to look at the other lots and he actually It was a hot summer day and Tony drove us around Tim Moran's 3 dealerships to find a used car. We wanted to look at the other lots and he actually DROVE us to his competitor's lots to look. We didn't buy a car that day, but he left a great impression. About a week later, we wanted to look at their car again to compare it to another one that we found. Our daughter liked it better so we sat down to discuss figures. After going back & forth with the GM, Mr. Tim Moran (yes, the owner himself!) talked to us and pushed the deal through. Phenomenal, unreal customer service!!! We were shocked! I don't know other dealer owners that are in present. Amazing experience! More
