Do not bother shopping here. They told me on the phone they would sell me a 2023 Palasiade calligraphy at MSRP on Thursday 10/13. They assured me that they were having a sale and had a 2023 AWD Caligraphy in Sierra Burgundy due on 11/29, and that if I made a deal this weekend they would honor it at msrp. They sent me an an email about my interest in a new palisade, stating that the msrp sale was this weekend only. When I came in saturday 10/15 for my appointment, the general sales manager Ricky literally told me that it didnt matter what they told me on the phone even though it was recorded and he listened to it, he would not honor it. Ricky told me that he wanted $4k markup and $3k in addons and that it was too bad for me for being lied to about MSRP, he didn't care. They are dishonest. More

Friendliness I would rate a 4. However, this is the third time I brought my father's vehicle in for service for the same problem. The car had an issue with cruise control and doesn However, this is the third time I brought my father's vehicle in for service for the same problem. The car had an issue with cruise control and doesn't work properly. The cancel button needs to be pressed multiple times or so hard it hurts my fingers in order for the cruise control to end. I still have the brake option to cancel, but the button should work too. Additionally, last year when I depressed the cancel button, the vehicle actually accelerated! I had video to prove it. Back in '19 I believe the button was replaced under warranty. Now 2 years later (when the problem arose again) and out of warranty, the problem returned. This car is 10 years old and only 41k miles. The answer - to replace the button again. I shouldn't have to replace the button every two years. I paid $139 discovery fee just to learn the replace the button...again. And in two more years I would have to pay it again and pay for the button to be replaced. I declined the service and will take it to a real mechanic who can fix the problem once and be done. More
I purchased the new 2023 Hyundai Electric Kona a couple days ago. They are Top Notch at this Dealership If you are going to purchase a Electric car ask for Joey “only “ he is in sales and Ryan is a great sales manager.
