My husband and I have been buying cars at Gosch for 12 years. We have always had a fantastic experience. Today was no different. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. Joey was our salesman, and was fantastic. He was so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about every single detail of the 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid we purchased. I traded in my sonata SEL, and Ryan gave us top dollar for our trade-in. The car I wanted was a 2022 Sonata, unfortunately that car had been sold. It was then that we were shown the new Hyundai Tucson. After driving it and Joey explaining all the features, as well as the benefits and cost effectiveness of the hybrid, I absolutely fell in love. We could not have more positive things to say about our experience today. We absolutely love Gosch Hyundai. The value and quality of their gorgeous cars, and even more so, the outstanding customer service we received from both Ryan and Joey. And also Louis, in finance, for making the process quick and efficient, and answering all questions we had. We cannot recommend enough Gosch Hyundai, and we will never go anywhere else! One last note, when we were in finance signing all of the final documents, Joey went and put a big beautiful red bow on the hood of my new car, what an incredibly thoughtful gesture, it made for some great pictures!
