Hi, Kory. Was good talking with you when i brought my Hyundai Sonata in for Oil change. Hope you're in good touch with Chris. He's a cool guy. I get and understand him. Issue herein with service and Service Writer was high price of O.C. as opposed to competing places. Then again, EVERYTHING is going up. Especially OIL PRICES. So then I understood that. However, i asked how long? "About 2 hours" he replied. Said, I made an appointment. He said even with appointments that is quoted time frame. Ok. However, it was closer to + 3hours. My phone charger was in car, and i had to turn my phone off! Temecula Hyundai has a no charge phone charging station with cables. And usually has my vehicle sone when promised, AND with a car wash. When they brought my vehicle around, they said they could NOT wash it. Car wash department was cloed!
