You guys there all all liars sad to say but true. Another Hyundai dealer took care of me because your location has crappy service took a week to do recalls that were a one day service You them lie about Service repairs in regards to paint. Just horrible never again!!!!

Big difference in service like night and day. Gosch Hyundai sucks!!!! Tustin Hyundai rocks!!!!! Maybe you can hire them for customer service classes. Your staff definitely needs it. Sad you can't resove simple problems

Even when I purchased vehicle fr your location in 2015 was charged for 3m protection package that was told already done to vechile few weeks later I'm being called to come in and have done. Allways address by a different name can't even get that right. You should also let mr guy foster know that someone that purchase a vehicle with you is a customer not the people that you service there rides. 9 times outta 10 they most likely be back to buy again Not in this case. Though learned my lesson.

Also Hyundai Corp did approve the repair. Get it straight. Your dealership would not allow any goodwill repair and wanted to highly overcharge. Also claim you have to subcontract out even though you have shop onsite Your managers also want to charge for glass windshield because they don't believe they can remove and replace a windshield without breaking it Give me a break straight liars. Get it together to many dealers out there for anyone to have to put up with this king of service. Maybe you should start replacing the pathetic liars behind the counter. Guy and Kory Foster.
