1. They failed to mention the $5000 markup would create huge issue with our low rate for financing at our credit union. 2. The next morning I called to get window sticker that credit union needed. Called again following day to have GAP removed because we were able to get for $600 less through credit union and this would help with lower rate in financing. I stressed how urgent this was to another finance manager and concierge and still no call from dealership. 4. Brand new Santa Fe is missing spare tire tools. Now we are worried we will never see them. 5. Due to them not budging on the $5000 markup has really messed up our financing and raised our payment even more! Completely unnecessary to markup this high and we believe they marked up this high knowing we were coming to purchase the vehicle. Window sticker does not display markup on their site and banks do not accept the sticker they created themselves. Love my car but should have driven a little further to a dealership that doesn’t mark cars up regardless of how low in stock they are. More
