I brought in my Santa Fe Sport for an oil change, and for them to check my battery because I have been having problems with it. Carlos was the man who helped me and checked me in. He turned the car on to obt them to check my battery because I have been having problems with it. Carlos was the man who helped me and checked me in. He turned the car on to obtain the mileage and said he heard a rattling in the engine. He said he would get that looked at as well. I was informed there was a major problem with the engine, a part that had been recalled previously had malfunctioned, and because of this the entire engine needed to be replaced. Carlos hooked me up with a rental car from Enterprises and told me about 2-3 weeks for my vehicle to be ready. I received a call from Carlos during that time frame informing me that the new engine had been put into my vehicle, but it had an error reading with it. Long story short, the new engine that was just put into my vehicle was replaced by a different new engine. It took about 6 weeks before I was given the keys back to my vehicle. It was a longer wait than expected when I left it at the dealership; however, I am happy that it was replaced and it was replaced correctly. The customer service I received from Carlos was excellent. The engine was under full warranty, and the rental vehicle was completely paid for. I am glad they didn't try to repair the new engine they put into my vehicle the first time, but instead replaced it with a different new engine. I am thankful Carlos heard there was something wrong with the engine when I initially brought it in for an oil change. I had no idea there was something wrong until Carlos heard it, and had it looked at. I feel like this dealership did an excellent job with handling my vehicle, and getting it to a great working condition. I highly recommend this dealership, and am thankful for the people that helped me and work there. More
