I’ve given my review of this twice now and you keep sending me things. I’m assuming hoping I will change my review. As I said previously, he scheduled me at 7 o’clock and you don’t have technicians till eight. When I ask about this, they said, unfortunately, it happened before. I mentioned that that was poor management. If you don’t know something’s happening, you can’t fix it. If you know something is happening and don’t fix it that’s on management. And now I get my fourth or fifth request to review again poor management. That’s the reason I have lowered my rating of you. It wasn’t for the service rider who helped me getthe work done I’d give you a one or two. More

I tried to do the right thing but was left disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for a rattle behind the dash and a service. I know diagnosing a rattle can be complicated, and since I wasn’t going to need m I brought my vehicle in for a rattle behind the dash and a service. I know diagnosing a rattle can be complicated, and since I wasn’t going to need my car for the week, I dropped it off Sunday evening so they would have plenty of time to diagnose it and complete the service. I have an Ioniq 6, so I get notifications when the doors are unlocked and so on. I saw they worked on the vehicle Monday, but then it didn’t move for four days. When I returned Saturday to pick it up, I found out they wanted more time to diagnose the rattle and the service wasn’t even completed. On top of that, I received my vehicle back covered in bird crap. More
