My appointment was 10am I arrived probably 10 minutes early. Service lanes were backed up and I thought maybe it was the wrong day to have appointment and just about that time a very professional woman w early. Boom 5 stars right there. Guy Foster service manager was very professional and courteous and concise with my questions. He indicated he would have out of there by noon. It was an oil change only. I appreciate him telling up front how long it would take. I was greeted on the sales floor by John as was looking at Sonata on showroom. John was super knowledgeable about vehicle and was very personable person. If I was going to buy a car John would be my guy. Guy came over and informed me around 11:40 my vehicle was finished. Again I had questions and Guy was very assuring and knowledgeable professional and also told me he owed me a car wash. We are looking at a maximum favorable rating on my complete experience. 15 stars 5 for each encounter and department. Thank you very much. More

Got my car serviced as fast as possible. Looked over and found a small issue with my transmission and fixed it without adding time to the original oil change.
