Despite the challenges of our current reality the customer service at the Service Dept. was already My second time taking my Hyundai in for service. Despite the challenges of our current reality the customer service at the Service Dept. was already prepared and ready to deliver at the highest level of professionalism and vehicle knowledge. just as I had received the first time I took my car in for service. No smoke and mirrors here, Guy (the service rep.) determined quickly and accurately right away what the problem was, all Guy had to do was start my car and he advised me what he thought it was, and he was right! It feels good to know when every thing else seems to be going wrong, there's some one like Guy who knows the right way to treat a new customer and knows what he's doing and be a great representative of Gosch Hyundai. Highly recommended!! More
