I was traveling from Arizona to Oceanside, California and had to have my radiator replaced Saturday, June 28, 2025. I was told my vehicle would be ready Tuesday, July 1, 2025 around lunch time. This was to had to have my radiator replaced Saturday, June 28, 2025. I was told my vehicle would be ready Tuesday, July 1, 2025 around lunch time. This was told to me on June 30, 2025 about 4 pm. I called at 11 am prior to making the hour plus drive to get the vehicle. I got the service writer's voicemail so left a message that I was on my way. I got there about 12:45 and was told they hadn't even started the work. I told the service writer that I left a voicemail at 11 so he looked at his computer and said oh yeah, I see it. I was upset that I wasted most of a day of vacation driving to and from the dealer when a simple phone call or text would have saved me the time and frustration. The poor rating is totally based on lack of communication. More
