Carlos originally took my veichle in when I brought it in for service. He was quick and dilligent and addressed my concerns about a defective window part that was still under warranty. He assured me that he would order the correct parts and call me next week to bring the car back to make the repair when the parts came in. Over the weekend I had experienced some weird safety malfunction while driving the car, noticing every safety light in the car came on. I decided to take the car back on Monday since I was told the window part had come in. This time I left the car with Anthony. I told him about the safety light issues and showed him a picture of the problem, I also told him that I was told the window part had come in. He told me that he would have the safety issues checked out and the window fixed and would call me by that afternoon to advise me on the next steps. 2 days go by and I don't hear from anyone so I called the dealership to follow up with Anthony but was told he was busy on the phone with an insurance adjuster and he would call me back. He finally called me back the next day in which I asked him about the status of my car and he told me they were still working on and the car was not ready, I let him know that I would be leaving town for the weekend and needed my car back as soon as possible. I had to make other arrangements since my car was not ready and Anthony finally called me Friday an hour before closing to tell me the car was ready, they could not find anything wrong with it and they would still need to order another part to repair the window. They had the car in the possession an entire week, I had to make other arrangements for my weekend trip and my window is still not fixed! It has been at least 2 weeks since I picked up my car and have not heard anything about the final part to fix my window. More
