I was told I could not receive a loaner vehicle, not that there weren’t any available. It’s another issue with an engine your service department just replaced. I was told that again when I personally came in last Thursday to inquire about a refund. I asked what they COULD DO for me and they told me “nothing”. I literally left in tears. I was given no help or options. When I said I would contact some higher up I was told “go ahead”. The most unprofessional and rude comment from someone who is supposed to be helpful. Thank you for your response, however, you still are not giving me any help with getting any of my money back.
