They replaced my engine and I have had nothing but engine lights going off since. Instead of giving me a loaner car while they fix my recalled issues I am forced to front the money and appeal to “corporate” lights going off since. Instead of giving me a loaner car while they fix my recalled issues I am forced to front the money and appeal to “corporate” for a refund which has, as of now, taken 6 weeks for a car rental reimbursement. Further I was forced to pay for a fuel pump that was under warranty, $1200. Once I had the warranty paperwork I was refused a refund and again told I would need to appeal to “corporate” for a refund. Now again, I have an engine light on that is covered under a recall and I am refused a loaner car while my car is repaired. I’m still waiting on the other $1500 I’m owed. The worst customer service ever, I have never heard of a company that refuses rental cars for recalled and warrantied issues which are repeatedly happening after the car was under their care. All of this happed within 2 months and I’m feeling something shady is going on. Will not be taking my car back for fear of them intentionally causing more damage. More
