Hello Mr Bentrum, I would first like to apologize for any issues with the recent service. I would like to discuss your visit with you. I see here the Multipoint inspection was performed and sent through text and email. I am not sure why you did not receive it for the brakes and tires. They both came out excellent. 8mm in the front is almost new and 7mm in the rear. Tires have plenty of life at 7/32 which is in the green. I apologize if a seat was moved for a technician to sit in the vehicle and perform the service on the car. Please contact me so I can help with this matter. Service manager Guy Foster
