Brought my 2016 Hyundai in for sudden loss of power. No engine light came on so problem was ignored. Dealer said i had low oil pressure but the ODB light never came on. Oil was changed. Two loose bolts were found on the air intake manifold. Dipstick had dirty oil on it so I took the car to a certified mechanic. He gave me the oil filter. It wad the old filter and not even OEM as the dealer uses. Also the Hum tracker reported the was raced up to 42 mph with tight cornering and hard braking just going from the dealers parking lot and into the shop. I complained to the service manager who refunded our money. However we received no assurance that steps were taken to prevent the fraud, carelessness and abuse will happen again. These people in my books if this survey is from 1 to 10, they’re no. 11 and they deserve at least a 10% pay hike or salary increase.
