Overall I have been very pleased with their service in the past.But this last visit was confusing to me as the work was not completed and the repair came back unfinished, maybe even worse. This, after the vehicle was there for most of the day. Apparently the vehicle has to be rescheduled and returned for another day to see if it can be completed at that time, however the work order read that the work had been finished. When this was explained to me upon pickup it was confusing as to what had actually been done to the vehicle that day. Now I am waiting to see when the part will actually come in. More

The staff and facilities at this dealership are excellent. I had my Sonata serviced and waited for it to be done. I definitely would have preferred less annoying music playing loudly in the backgro excellent. I had my Sonata serviced and waited for it to be done. I definitely would have preferred less annoying music playing loudly in the background but that’s just me probably. I was disappointed to find a greasy spot on the driver’s seat which definitely was not there when I left my car in their care. Other brand dealerships that I have used always put a paper shield on the seat to keep this from happening. The seat is upholstery so I’m hoping it will clean up okay. I don’t like being negative but that is what happened. I do really appreciate the excellent staff and facilities. More
