Mike, after speaking with our service depart we finished and delivered your vehicle to you in one hour flat. We don't like to over promise and that is why say 2 hours, just in case the technician scheduled to work on your car gets delayed finishing another customer's vehicle or returning from their lunch period as can be the case with appointments scheduled right after. I'm glad to hear that we were so fast and hope you give us another chance.
