Went to town to run errands (35 min drive); got to Tim Short Ford an hour and five minutes ahead of scheduled service appointment. Met Conor in service department and explained to him i needed to get work Short Ford an hour and five minutes ahead of scheduled service appointment. Met Conor in service department and explained to him i needed to get worked in because i was 35 minutes back home and needed to get going as soon as possible because we were leaving town for a family funeral! He said he couldn’t promise, but he thought he could get me worked in , but his oil change man had just gone to lunch! Usually, you get that kind of comment but doesn’t always work out! He got me on my way 5 minutes BEFORE my originally scheduled 2:00 appointment! In addition, I had mentioned my vehicle was telling me my key fob battery was low, and I didn’t even know how to change it! When I checked out, my total bill was $5.16 for the battery, and the service was free because that was my first oil change and tire rotation since I purchased the vehicle from Tim Short motors! He told me if I would be interest that he could make me a deal on a new 2025 XLT for about a thousand more than the used one. He made me a great deal, and I will recommend him and the dealership to anyone. The Financing was a breeze also. J. Welch, worked on that end and worked out the payments that I could live with.
